ClubGG pushed a new update on August 5, 2026, and this one is mostly for the people running games.

There are some player-side changes too, but the big additions are new Agent Win/Loss Limits and a new way for clubs to decide how rake contribution is counted between players.

If you run a club, work as an agent, or play under an agent deal, these are the parts worth knowing.

1. ClubGG Adds Win/Loss Limits for Agents

Club and union admins can now set daily or weekly win/loss limits for Agents and Super Agents.

The limit can cover the agent’s whole downline, not just the agent account.

In other words, if an agent has a group of players underneath them, ClubGG can look at their combined P&L and apply one limit to the group.

Clubs can also choose whether tournament and Bad Beat Jackpot results count toward it.

The setting is available in the ClubGG app and in the Union Back Office.

This mainly matters for agents working on credit

This feature makes the most sense where credit is involved.

An agent might be playing on credit with the club, giving credit to players underneath them, or doing both.

That creates exposure across the whole downline.

The new limit gives the club a way to put a clear daily or weekly boundary around it.

For prepaid players there is less to control here. For credit agents, especially those with a larger player base, it is a much more meaningful change.

2. The ClubGG Rake Change Needs a Bit of Explaining

ClubGG also added Chip Rake Allocation.

This does not simply mean ClubGG changed the rake percentage at the tables.

It changes how the rake generated in a hand can be credited between the players involved.

The club gets a slider from 0% to 100%.

0%

At 0%, rake contribution is weighted by how much each player contributed to the pot.

Pretty straightforward.

10% to 90%

This mixes two methods.

Part of the rake contribution is allocated to players who lost the hand. The rest is still distributed according to pot contribution.

Set it to 50%, for example, and half follows the losing-player method while the other half follows pot contribution.

100%

At 100%, all of the rake contribution is allocated to the losing players.

That can make a real difference anywhere contributed rake is being tracked for agents, players or internal club accounting.

One Setting for the Whole Union

Union clubs do not get to choose this independently.

The Union Master Club controls the rake allocation setting, and whatever it selects applies to all sub-clubs in that union.

So two clubs inside the same union cannot run different allocation percentages.

3. Rake Charged and Rake Contribution Are Not the Same Thing

This is probably the easiest part of the update to misunderstand.

Rake charged is what comes out of the pot.

Rake contribution is how that rake gets attributed to the players.

The August change is about the second one.

That matters if your club or agent arrangement uses contributed rake for things such as player tracking, rewards, accounting or rake-based deals.

A player can create the same amount of action at the table while the way that contribution is credited changes depending on the setting used by the club or union.

For serious volume players and agents, it is worth knowing what percentage their games are running.

4. EV Cashout Can Now Be Declined Automatically

There is a nice quality-of-life change for players too.

If you never use EV Cashout, ClubGG can now automatically decline every offer for you.

Turn the setting on once and it stays that way until you switch it off again.

No more clicking decline every time.

5. Sit Out Time Has Changed

ClubGG also reworked the Sit Out system.

Players now recover 5 minutes of Sit Out Time every hour, with up to 7 minutes stored.

There are a few other timers:

  • All-In Sit Out: around 15 minutes
  • Timeout Sit Out: 30 seconds before removal
  • Sit Out Status Icons: can give another 30 seconds

Nothing huge on its own, but it should make short breaks and interruptions less annoying.

6. Short Deck Gets Another BBJ Option

A-High Flush can now be used as a Custom Bad Beat Jackpot trigger in Short Deck games.

Whether you actually see it in your games depends on how the club or union sets up its BBJ.

7. Dynamic Emojis Are Here Too

Some avatars can now use matching Dynamic Emojis.

ClubGG will also adjust its recommended emojis depending on the avatar being used.

Mostly cosmetic. If you like throwing reactions around the table, you have a few more toys now.

8. iOS and Android Payment Modules Updated

ClubGG also updated its mobile payment modules to meet the latest Unity IAP requirements.

That is mostly a system-side change and probably the least noticeable part of the update for somebody sitting at a poker table.

So, What Is Actually Important Here?

For players, the best small change is probably Auto Decline EV Cashout. The Sit Out tweaks are useful too.

The bigger story is behind the tables.

ClubGG now gives clubs more control over how much exposure they take through an agent’s downline, particularly when credit is involved.

At the same time, unions and clubs have much more control over who gets credited with the rake generated in a hand.

Those two changes will not look exciting in the lobby.

For agents and people actually running ClubGG games, they matter a lot more. If you are interested in the platform, but have never tried it, make sure you download it only from the official website. Afterwards can follow the latest ClubGG clubs with us and decide which ones to join.
