Not sure who you are dealing with? Send us the agent’s Telegram username. If we know them, we will give you our private opinion based on our experience and the information currently available to us.
The Poker Agent has been in the private poker market since its early days. Over the years, we have heard of, dealt with, worked with or personally known many of the agents operating in this space. You can use that first-hand market knowledge as a second check before deciding who to trust.
We do not sell a “verified” badge and we do not publish these checks. If we do not know someone well enough, we simply say so.

We know the agent and, based on our experience and current information, we have not seen a reason for concern.
We do not know the agent well enough to give a meaningful opinion. This is not a positive or negative assessment.
We know the agent and are aware of reputation concerns or information that makes us cautious.
Privacy information
Who handles your request: The Poker Agent. Contact: admin@thepokeragent.com.
What we collect: the email address you provide, the Telegram handle you submit, your choice about future messages, and information necessary to handle your agent-check request.
Why we use it: your email and submitted Telegram handle are used to receive, review and answer the agent check you requested. We may keep limited internal verification records where reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain accurate information and help identify fraud or reputation concerns.
Future messages: the optional checkbox is separate from the agent-check service and is unchecked by default. If you tick it, you consent to receiving relevant poker updates, agent-check information and occasional offers from us by email. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to one of our emails or contacting admin@thepokeragent.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
If you do not tick the box: we will still process the information needed to provide the agent check you requested, but we will not treat your submission as consent for future promotional messages.
Private use: submitted handles and check results are not published through this service. The check is a private opinion based on our experience and the information available to us at the time. We do not sell your email address.
Form delivery: this form uses FormSubmit to transmit your submission to admin@thepokeragent.com so we can receive and answer it.
Retention: we keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing the requested check, maintaining legitimate internal verification records, handling corrections, and keeping evidence of marketing consent where consent was given.
Your choices and rights: where applicable, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information relating to you, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact admin@thepokeragent.com.
